Shame 2: The Secret

This film directed by Dan Lerner & starring Amanda Donohoe explored death penalty issues & how they apply to mentally handicapped individuals. It was set in Florida & the rural scenery and beautiful & expansive cinematography inspired us to choose an Americana musical direction. One of the unique aspects of this score is the use of haunting gospel style vocals which helped stress the internal conflicts of the main characters.
